Contact the app team
For app questions, generation issues or purchase help, email support@magiclight.ai, the support address published in the app description. Include your app version and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, full card details or private media unless needed and requested through an appropriate support channel.
Purchases and refunds
Current prices, offers and any renewal terms are shown in the app and Google Play checkout. This landing page does not process payments or issue refunds.
For purchases billed by Google Play, follow Google Play refund guidance or contact the app team with the relevant order reference. Refund decisions depend on the purchase, applicable policy and local law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
A refunded purchase may no longer provide access to its associated item or features. If the app does not reflect an approved refund, ask app support to investigate. If you have a recurring subscription, manage or cancel it in the store account used to buy it; uninstalling the app alone does not cancel it.
Account and data deletion
Check the account or settings area of the current app for a deletion option. If you cannot find it or cannot access your account, email the app team with a deletion request. They can confirm the procedure, verification requirements and scope for your app version. Exact button names are not verified here.
Removing the app from a device is not the same as requesting account or service-side data deletion. A deletion request is also separate from cancellation of any active store subscription. Consult the app privacy policy from the publisher for data processing and retention information.
Create with care
Use media and stories you have the right to use. Obtain consent before using the face or voice of another person. Review generated content before sharing it, including factual statements, likenesses and any third-party material. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unexpected.
